Callback button settings
To make the widget style suitable to your web page design, go to the Settings menu and click on “Callback settings”. It’s possible to change the color, form, position and the language settings for this.
First, select the Default language according to the language of the web page. For example, for the site in English select this one. In case the page is in another language - select the required one.
To change the color click on the field with the color code and you’ll see the window for choosing the color. Also, you can just enter the code of it.
Radius settings change the form of the button. For example, 0 is a square, 50 - a circle.
Right margin settings allow changing the position of the button horizontally. For example, 0 - in the right corner, 100 - in the left corner.
Bottom margin allows changing the button position vertically. For example, 0 - bottom corner, 100 - upper corner.
Callback forms configurations
While configuring the Callback widget, you will find 6 default forms for the widget: in russian, in ukrainian and in english (2 types for each language).
As for the forms types, there are two of them:
Based on session length type calculates the session time and show the pop-up form to a visitor automatically.
Forced pop-up form is shown when a visitor clicks on the Callback button.
You can activate both of them for each required language or select only one of them.
Among the types of the forms, you also can just choose the styles for the forms according to your web-page design and leave the default forms in the language you need. Or you can change the text in forms for the next fields:
- Language code;
- Heading text;
- Error text;
- Button text;
- Message text prior to call;
- Text during countdown;
- The text after the counter.
The language code is a code of the language you set on your web page. According to this code, the system will show the pop-up form in the required language.
Heading text is a title of the pop-up form. For example, enter “Call me now!”.
Error text will be shown if a visitor will enter the wrong number. For example, “Oops, you've entered the invalid phone number.”
Button text is a text for the call button. For example, “Call me now!”.
Message text prior to call is a text of the form with short info of the time you are going to reach a visitor. For example, “Enter your phone number and we'll get in touch in 30 seconds.”.
Text during countdown will be shown while the system is connecting a visitor. For example, “ Connection with an operator…”.
The text after the counter will appear if all managers are busy. Inform a visitor, that you’ll try to reach him/her in some period of time. For example, “We took too long? Our apologies, a representative will contact you soon.”.
To activate the form set the mark next to “ Active” and save.
